REGULAR TRAINING SESSIONS

Every Thursday evening between 7pm and 9.30pm, and every Sunday morning between 9am – 12.30pm we meet at the lifeboat station for maintenance or training. You are very welcome to come to the beach and watch, ask questions, or just say hello!
