We are an independent lifeboat service who have been saving lives since 1974, we do not receive any funding from government agencies such as the RNLI and HM coastguard. All of our funding comes from the generosity of the public and corporate sponsors.

Join as a Volunteer – we are always on the look out for support in the form of volunteers. Whether you have the skills to join the boat or shore crew, could help with fundraising and events, or assist us with a wide range of roles including driving and maintaining vehicles, radio operation, lifeboat launching or more, we would love to hear from you!
